{ Sep 2 2015, 10:02:26 AM } - has or is anyone able to do this for the Smackdown 1 Beta. trying to find who is who quickly is so annoying! I want to try and convert all Smackdown 1 heads to Smackdown 2...well, those which aren't already on smackdown 2.

please help, I'm new to all this modding shenanigans!

I think the only one that has touched Smackdown 1 is Inspired. Software, looking forward to that list btw ( ). Taz you may have to manually go through the pacs to get the job done. If you need tools shoot me a pm and I'll try to help you the best I can. Its exciting seeing new modders in this section.

thank you mate. is there any way of converting all head or leg or body files to image files in bulk? I hope the order the Smackdown 1 parts in game are in are the same as the head, body and leg files. fingers crossed by the end of this month I can have a full set of caws which are made from standard parts. if anyone wants to help this is my to-do list:

Transfer from Smackdown 1 beta to Smackdown 2:
Mideon
Meat
Blue Meanie
psychosis
Droz Legs

Make heads available in smackdown 2:
Sgt Slaughter
Bob Backlund
André the Giant
Jerry Lawler
Ken Shamrock
Big show

Edit and create:
Dean Malenko (With wristbands)
Perry Saturn (with hand tape)
Big Show (Big Nasty Bastard 2000 attire)
Droz (head- hoping to be made from road dogg head)

I know its a lot to do but it would replace a lot of the standard heads and parts which are absoloutley useless and/or not gonna be used at least by me.


so again, if anyone wants to help they are more than welcome, but ill try my best. however, without Photoshop I can't do any editing so either ill need to pay for Photoshop, find a good free/ cheap equivalent (which allows the user to save colours), or get someone to create the last textures for me

There is not a way of doing this in bulk as of yet. Its all manually done with X-Packer and timviewer. I think dedicating some time to extract the heads (probably takes a couple hours) for each section, but after that, conversion is as simple as finding head models of identical size in SD2. At the moment that's the only method.

Just discovered Phsychosis in the smackdown 2 head textures! Very surprised! I'm gonna try and make an excel sheet do I can organise these pac files some way. It's very hard trying to find a head I can replace which ISNT a standard head. Hopefully making an excel sheet will help me get through it quicker. I've put Big Show's head in game but that's it. Gonna be a long process!

here is the list I made in excel. I haven't finished only because of one big problem which is wrestlers heads pop up again in the Pac files. this would be fine, however, when looking at 317 and 318, they weren't just different shades but were completely different people! I'd been finding these while trying to find other standard parts. hopefully I can find a big chunk of standard parts and run with them.

found out x-packer likes to be a bitch at times which is why I'm getting random heads popping up probably.

gonna update my findings as I go along in case these programs really kill my computer

You're welcome to post your findings in this thread. Good to hear you making progress. When you want to preview your mods/project, create a new thread.

here is my latest spreadsheet, but Houston, we have a problem.

because of size differences its so bloody difficult to find places to put some of the heads. if I could reduce the size of the heads it would be a lot easier but just matching the smackdown 2 heads is hard enough, let alone trying to find heads big enough to fit the Smackdown ! heads.

if there is anyone who can help me it would be much appreciated. its annoying heads cant be placed in easier. there may be a way around it, if so can someone please help me.

again, I hope these findings help, got a few more to do and one day I may update the sizes for each file meaning people can easily sort through them.

here is the last update. all finished and hoping that some of you can help me. I've posted the problem on the main board here ( http://s4.zetaboards.com/Old_Skool_Reuni...360208/1/). I've posted it in the main area just in hope more people will see it and hopefully be interested...even though I'm probably the only one interested in doing this. gonna have Fun few weeks. will be worth it when its done.

so again here is the excel sheet with where I want to swap heads included. there are some random heads plopped here and there not in the sheet, I cant find the metal man and the THQ robot so if anyone could find that it would be great, but otherwise hope this helps.
