Honestly guys, we really need a more permanent archive to store our stuff at. The megaupload incident was an evidence of that and all these computer crashes are others.
Either a permanent archive at a certain server with good backup that we can control ourselves or we need to spread the files around the web in many places.
That's just my two cents. I'd hate to see this stuff get lost.
Agreed, though zetaboards won't let us host file of that size, I've been using munis and and mediafire, though nothing can be safe at this point.
What I'd like to do is find someplace to host all the downloads, and we can make a webpage linked at the top of the forum, since zetaboards has a pretty cool webpage feature.

and if we really have to, upload to multiple sitesthat are more elusive than megaupload was. id also hate to see everything the community has created disappear.
