I believe he used Zack Ryder.
It's really something good if a person can't tell what base you used, it means you've used the texture well enough that a person can't tell and thinks it's an in-game model, which is very good

Thanks for all the comments guys & yep TSF is right it was Zack as the base.

EDIT: Fixed his hair to match AJ's better & tweaking up the attire and maybe trying another one tonight.

Yup, I couldn't tell it was Ryder from that picture.
